Although I miss performing for all of you, I've been enjoying getting to connect with folks on the radio. Today's the day--my album of originals is finally released into the world! Gathering Flowers has been a labor of love, and I can't wait to share it with you. Tonight I'll be celebrating with an Online Album Launch Party streaming live on my Facebook page at 7 pm CDT so I hope you'll join me as I play some of the new tunes. 

The album is available on all digital platforms (Amazon, Apple Music, Spotify, etc), and CD copies are available here on my website. When you order from me directly, you get a free download of an unreleased track called "My Mother with Drums." Hope you enjoy the music, and big thanks to all of you for your support!

Here's a song for Earth Day that I wrote with my grandmother's poetry in 2007. It features Peter Anderson on drums and Mike Michel on guitar and vocals. Hope you enjoy!

Sadly my big full-band release show at the Hook & Ladder had to be postponed, but the party must still go on! Celebrate with me as I do a live solo show on my Facebook page, playing songs from the new album that will be available, starting April 30. Still a fundraiser for Firefly Sisterhood, I will be donating all proceeds from this performance to this incredible nonprofit supporting women with breast cancer. Thanks for the support!

I'm so excited to announce that I'll be celebrating the release of my debut solo album on Thursday, April 30 at the Hook and Ladder in Minneapolis! Featuring my band the Stellars and a special opening set by Storyhill's John Hermanson, the show will be a special night of music and community. We're partnering with the local nonprofit The Firefly Sisterhood on this event. An organization that supports women with breast cancer, it has been hugely helpful to me, and I'm so happy that 100% of ticket proceeds will benefit their important work. I'm so excited to be be back in the studio, finishing up my long-awaited solo album Gathering Flowers! Engineered by Jason Shannon and produced by Adam Levy (The Honeydogs, Turn Turn Turn), this project is a long time in the making, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it's turning out.
